Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoons hot siracha sauce
- ΒΌ cup vegetable oil or peanut oil
- 4 Tablespoons fish sauce
- 4 Tablespoons agave nector (or sugar)
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic clove finely chopped
- Kosher salt optional
Instructions
- Whisk lime juice, chili paste, peanut oil, fish sauce, agave nectar/sugar, honey, and garlic in a small bowl to combine. Taste and season with salt if desired.
- Dressing can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.
