Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingredients
Sift
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Gradually add
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
Cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Add
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 24 Hershey's kisses
Instructions
- Beat well.
- Shape into balls & roll in sugar
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 375° for 8 minutes
- Put chocolate kisses in middle. Bake 2 minutes until golden brown.
