Fresh Tomato Sauce – No Cook version (Spaghetti)

This recipe is so easy and can be made ahead of time (it’s actually better to allow the flavors meld together)!
You can also add red onion or red pepper flakes for added flavor!
Fresh Tomato Sauce - No Cook version (Spaghetti)
Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients
- 2 pounds tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup basil leaves fresh
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- pasta
Instructions
- Finely chop tomatoes, basil, parsley and garlic and mix with olive oil.
- Cover and let flavors meld overnight or all day.
- Serve over pasta
