Baked Pesto Chicken

Baked Pesto Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken Skinless, Chicken Tenders
- 3.5 oz pesto
- 3 Roma Tomatoes
- 8 oz mozzarella sliced
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- dash Parmesan cheese shredded
- dash Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place chicken in dish. Spoon pesto on each chicken piece to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Remove from oven; top with tomatoes & cheese. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
