Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 med onion chopped
- 1 can corn drained
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 reg egg beaten slightly
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 8 oz fat free sour cream
Instructions
- Melt butter in fry pan & cook onions. Mix corn, egg, muffin mix, spices & sour cream. Bake @ 350° for 30 minutes or until tester is clean.
- Add green chilies or peppers for added flavor.
