Homemade yeast rolls
Servings: 32 crescents

Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1/4 c water warm, 105° – 115°
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c skim milk warm, 105° – 115°
- 4.5 c flour
- 1 t salt
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water – set aside for 5 minutes
- Mix oil, sugar, and salt in large bowl.
- Beat eggs & milk together; add to sugar mixture.
- Beat in 1/2 of the flour
- Add yeast and beat in remaining flour
- Cover and let rise in greased bowl for about 1 hour or until double.
- Form into desired shape.
- Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
