Rocky Road Bundt Cake

Ingredients
Cake Mix
- 1 pkg Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 c Oil
- 1 c Water can substitute coffee
- 6 oz Chocolate Chips
- 1 c Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 c Nuts, chopped Optional
Chocolate Glaze
- 1 c Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
- 2 Tbsp Butter softened
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla
- 2-3 Tbsp Water
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour 12c fluted tube pan (Bundt pan).
Chocolate Cake Mix
- Blend cake mix, eggs, oil, & water until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
- Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows & nuts.
- Bake 40-50 minutes until done (toothpick comes out clean).
- Cool upright in pan for 25 minutes.
- Spoon glaze over cake.
Glaze
- Blend until smooth.
