Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoons hot siracha sauce
  • ΒΌ cup vegetable oil or peanut oil
  • 4 Tablespoons fish sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons agave nector (or sugar)
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 garlic clove finely chopped
  • Kosher salt optional

Instructions

  • Whisk lime juice, chili paste, peanut oil, fish sauce, agave nectar/sugar, honey, and garlic in a small bowl to combine. Taste and season with salt if desired.
  • Dressing can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.
